These terms govern website use and inquiry submission. Any confirmed service requires separate written confirmation and terms.
Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to ayahuascabufotulum.com and submission of requests to Aya & Bufo Retreats Tulum, a service operated by Awakening Booking in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Legal Disclaimer.
Adults only
The website and inquiry process are intended only for people aged 18 or older. You may not submit an inquiry for yourself if you are under 18, and you should not submit sensitive personal data about a minor.
Request-to-book only
Website content, listed formats, indicative prices, and inquiry submission are invitations to request information—not offers, reservations, or confirmations. No ceremony, retreat, facilitator, guide, date, location, inclusion, availability, or price is confirmed until the parties communicate separately and receive written confirmation from the responsible operator.
Suitability and right to decline
A request may be declined, paused, or redirected based on medication or health context, support needs, age, readiness, group fit, guide or location availability, legal or operational requirements, or other suitability concerns. A preliminary concierge review is not a medical assessment and does not guarantee safety or suitability.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, timing, group, and planning information; disclose relevant medication or health context when requested through an appropriate private process; ask questions before accepting an offer; follow written preparation and conduct requirements; comply with applicable law; and avoid attending while impaired by alcohol or unauthorized substances.
No medical or emergency service
The website and concierge service do not provide diagnosis, medical advice, treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, emergency assistance, or instructions to begin, stop, or change medication. Consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Prices, payments, and separate booking terms
Public prices are indicative starting points unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on the approved request, dates, group format, location, inclusions, and support needs. This website does not currently collect payment. Before any payment is requested, the responsible provider should give you written booking, payment, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and service terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Cancellations and changes
Because this website does not itself confirm bookings or accept payment, cancellation and refund rights are governed by the written terms supplied with any later confirmed offer. A guide, location, schedule, or format may need to change for suitability, safety, legal, weather, force-majeure, or operational reasons. Material changes should be communicated before confirmation or as soon as reasonably possible.
