These terms describe the current request-to-book planning flow and the limits of the public website.
Request-to-book only
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a ceremony, retreat, facilitator, date, location, or price. Every request is reviewed manually before next steps are offered.
Suitability review
Ceremony and retreat requests may be declined or redirected when timing, health context, medication context, facilitator availability, local requirements, or support needs make a request unsuitable.
No medical service
The website describes spiritual and personal exploration experiences. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, emergency support, or licensed healthcare.
Accuracy of information
Visitors are responsible for sharing accurate contact, timing, group, medication, health, accessibility, and support details during private intake when those details are relevant to planning.
Payments and cancellation
Payment collection is deferred in the MVP. Any future deposits, refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling policies should be provided in writing before payment is accepted.
Pre-launch review
These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public deployment, especially for local legal posture, advertising language, facilitator requirements, privacy, and operational risk.
