We use inquiry details to respond to your request, review suitability, coordinate timing and logistics, and support private follow-up. We do not sell inquiry details or use sensitive context for advertising.
Operational handling
Submitted requests are stored in the project database and may be reviewed by authorized admin or concierge users. Internal notes should be limited to information useful for planning and follow-up.
Retention
Active and confirmed requests may be retained while operationally useful. Declined, duplicate, or stale requests should be archived or deleted according to business policy and applicable legal requirements.
