We may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred dates, group size and format, destination, ceremony or retreat interest, travel intention, dietary needs, accessibility needs, special-occasion details, and any message you choose to provide.

Optional medication, physical or mental health, accessibility, and support information may reveal sensitive personal data. Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for a private suitability and planning review.

Our systems may also receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, security signals, and records of consent or administrative activity.

We use inquiry data to receive and answer your request; conduct a preliminary suitability and support review; coordinate dates, group format, location, guide availability, preparation, accessibility, and logistics; prevent abuse; maintain operational records; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sensitive personal data is used only for private suitability, planning, accessibility, and support discussions. It is not used for advertising, audience profiling, or unrelated marketing.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or guarantee that a ceremony, retreat, guide, date, location, or price will be available.

When you submit optional medication, health, accessibility, or similar context, we ask for your express electronic consent to process that sensitive personal data for the purposes described above.

You may decline to provide optional sensitive information. This may limit our ability to assess or coordinate a request safely and may mean that we cannot continue the planning process.

You may withdraw consent or ask us to limit use or disclosure by contacting hello@awakeningbooking.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent further review of your request.

We use service providers to operate the website, database, authentication, email notifications, hosting, and media infrastructure. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Google, and Resend. They may process information on our instructions and may operate infrastructure outside Mexico.

We may share the minimum necessary planning information with an appropriate concierge, guide, facilitator, location, transport, or support provider only when needed to evaluate or coordinate your request. Sensitive details should not be shared beyond what is necessary and appropriate.

We may disclose information when required by a valid legal order, to protect a person from an immediate risk, or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal data.

We retain inquiry data only while reasonably necessary to review and manage the request, maintain required operational or legal records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Sensitive personal data should be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer necessary for those purposes.

Declined, duplicate, or inactive requests may be archived for limited administrative follow-up and then deleted under the applicable retention procedure. A formal retention schedule is maintained as an operational requirement and may be refined after legal review.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and restrict administrative access. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, cancellation when appropriate, or opposition to particular processing (ARCO rights) by emailing hello@awakeningbooking.com. You may also request consent withdrawal or limits on use and disclosure.

Your request should identify you, describe the data and right involved, provide a way to contact you, and include information reasonably necessary to locate the record. We may request proportionate evidence of identity before disclosing or changing personal data.

This request-to-book service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit personal data about a minor through the inquiry form.
